Here is the most recent format for acquiring your Progress Energy Window Film Rebate:

Progress Energy Rebate Form Window Film

Here is a national website resource to determine what your local power company is currently offering to encourage reduced energy consumption with the installation of window film.  This is the TECO site.

Advanced Film Solutions offers a wide range of NFRC Certified window film that will reduce your monthly energy consumption cost by up to 25% (east, west and south facing glass exposure)

Our
VISTA Films offer incredible optical clarity and lower interior and exterior reflection a vast improvement over the metallic films of the past.

Huper Optik - Nano Ceramic Films also qualify for local utility rebates.

The Huper Optik Films have lower reflectivity than glass; so if you live in a gated or deed restricted community; these films will comply with your covenant.

Now - -more than ever- -with the Housing Bubble and incredible rising costs of oil  coupled with Green Initiatives spurred by concerns over Global Warming is the right time for Advanced Film Solutions!

I have been looking at your website for window reimbursement. We had windows replaced this year and when I called our local Progress Energy we were told you have to contract the windows, and then they would give the rebate, it had to be done all at once. I read nothing about this. If we had enough money to do it all at once we probably would not care about the rebate. I see where you are doing things to help the poor but again not the retired and working people. Sorry but it went from a good program to a again help for the rich.

Upgrading windows has a different procedure than window film upgrades. It's always recommended that you check with Progress Energy or TECO for example prior to installation.  Many of our customers indicate that the home energy auditing process is very rapidly accomplished and it's quite easy and free. The forms are easily down-loaded.

Remember there are requirements that the utility establishes. For example our Ceramic 30 and Terre 31 qualify for the rebates where the Prestige 40 3M nano film does not.

35% VLT films , or darker is the threshold.
