Professional Window Tint Installers Association
There's something in the air.
Call it frustration, or isolation; perhaps, fear? Call it what you will.
The Window Film "industry" has a long history and yet the reputation of window tinting and window film dealers has suffered to the point of embarrassment for reputable people who earn our living by solving problems associated with glass.
Our fellow dealers come from a diverse background of cultures, education and experiences.
We represent all window film brands sold in the USA. Many of our peers run a "one man shop", while others employ dozens of well trained installers and sales people handling volumes that might astonish you!
From coast to coast in small towns and large metro areas there are window tint installers who earn their living by tinting your vehicle or home or commercial building.
Window Film dealers compete; yet we share common concerns about the short and long term direction this "industry" is headed. This concern has spurred a movement toward organizing an association built on the principles of focusing on the dealers and installers perspective.
The future direction of this association may take many paths forward. Basic human needs like health care, insurance and retirement accounts and legal representation for our members.
Industry direction and defining our role as individual business people joined together for the betterment of all of our diverse membership and working hand and hand with our manufacturers and distribution channels to grow our markets and improve our reputation in the wider consumer world.
There is no monolithic point of view and the association encourages all window film dealers to join us as we move forward. We also encourage you to share your concerns and suggestions concerning what you believe are our primary interests and priorities.

We are window film dealers!
The core team of elected members has asked me to assume the role of President of this Association. I have accepted because I believe in this industry and know in my heart that dealers and installers have a greater responsibility to themselves and the industry than we have ever taken before. That there is no time like the present to alter the course of this industry and that together, our combined voices and concerns can improve all of our business lives.
