Solar Gard Goes back To The Future?
This is a "WOW!"
Solar Gard has signed up three of the former Sun Gard Distributors!
What makes this interesting is the complete 180 degree shift in strategy. Solar Gard had ended their distribution channel years ago and moved in a factory direct model that always seemed to attract the "envy" of some of the other manufacturers.
Their "envy" was based upon their desire to capture more margin on the sales.
CP Films, 3M have gradually been shifting to a direct to dealer model, although they still have solid distribution in several geographies.
That Bekeart has reversed a decade's worth of direction is really (to me) quite interesting!
