Did you happen to catch any of the debate between Obama and Clinton last evening?

OUCH!

Hillary was on attack mode acting like she was the school Principal while Barack was a public school kid who got caught in the schoolyard shooting off fireworks. She was all high and mighty and so "transparently" pretending to be offended that I could hardly stop laughing.

Obama was tightening his lip (literally) as he obviously tried to maintain his composure making absolutely certain that he would not act angry or "elitist"

What a joy to watch.

In the interim the ABC News "Talking Heads" wouldn't let it go. They were trying and succeeding to stir up the crap rather than any focus on the real issues that this country faces. The economy, the Iraq situation, etc. etc.

It was a pleasure to switch them off and turn on American Idol

This all reminds us how manipulative and trivial television can be and how silly popular culture can become, oops, now I sound elitist
