Common Sense And Window Tinting In Florida

One of our greatest hurdles as a VISTA and Huper Optik dealer in Florida is our daily battle to overcome the low profile of consumer's knowledge concerning window film.

Advanced Film Solutions deals with facts, documented performance, rather than hype or disinformation.

When we consult with our prospective clients our ability to win each competitive encounter is based 100% on substance

For example:

Our VISTA and Huper Optik Window Films are rated by the NFRC

Our competitors window film (3M, Solar Gard, Hanita, SunTek, etc.) are not!

If we define the NFRC as the Department of Energy's rating bureau, a necessary step toward Energy Star ratings, than this distinction is very important.

Our VISTA Window Films have passed the ASTM 1886 Missile Test in our 8 ML Dupont Mylar versions.

3M Ultra, Bekaert Solar Gard 8ML (and obviously their thin 4 ML) did not pass!

Odd that they highlight the fact that they have tested but somehow never mention that they failed! (Common Sense?)

Advanced Film Solutions offers two ceramic films that have lower reflection than glass and no metals. The VISTA Terre and the Huper Optik 30 that both qualify for Power Company Rebates!

The only competitor in the category of non reflective window films, 3M Prestige 40 does not qualify for these cost savings rebates!

  • Is the NFRC important?
  • Does qualifying for a dollar a square foot rebate seem important?
  • Does passing an objective ASTM standard independent test seem important?
