This Tape Will Self Destruct In. . .

Brief Update:

My esteemed 3M competition has passed the ASTM 1886 4.5 LB Test with their clear 6 ML Ultra 600. This is the only ultra film that meets the level of performance our LLumar, Vista and Lumenesse Films meet but. . .

This 6 ML film offers NO SOLAR properties! Plus it is unusually hazy and not available in a 72 inch width.   As such it is comparable to our very economical LLumar 8 ML Clear Magnum Film (which does come in 72 inch widths.)

The key point: Make absolutely certain that this Ultra 600 be proposed for your home windows!  The thinner ultra series DOES NOT PASS THIS TEST!  I am certain of course, that my 3M competition will make that fact crystal clear to you!  Just in case they forget, I just did!

Who can forget that catchy line from Mission Impossible?

Imagine my poor associates facing a tough economy, increased competition from their own manufacturer and distributor who have been adding various and sundry new dealers!

The solution?

A VHB Tape system that costs more than an effective DOW 995 system??

Yup. .BRILLIANT!

That will do the trick!!

So you offer a security window film that does not pass the large missile test?
Your tear resistance simply doesn't make the grade!

And with all your combined knowledge the cynical answer is a tape system made by another division? That doesn't help you pass the test??

Sure; it may increase corporate sales rather than Dow Corning's sales.
It may be easier to apply.
It may be aesthetically pleasing.
It may make you feel all warm and fuzzy.

It may assist in hair removal or lint removal as well!

BUT

It don't mean a thing if it can't take that ding!

The missile ding. The impact ding. The 9000 cycle ding!

I simply can't wait for one of your earnest dealers to pull that tape out of their bag!

Thanks again fellas!

This is one baby that won't stick around!
