Let me make this very simple:

CP Films issued this update several years ago to combat misleading and inaccurate claims that are made by our prestige competition.

This may or may not mean a hill of beans to you; but it floats my boat and that's all that matters. After all- - this is my blog!

Their prestige film does NOT reject 97% of the infrared, or as some of their dealers claim "the heat!"

Watch out for that BTU Test Meter and IR Lamp Flim-Flam trick!

They are filtering IR wavelength in a very narrow bandwidth and the measurement tool conveniently measures in that same narrow spectrum.

GIMMICK

This gives the illusion that their film is removing almost all the heat when in fact - -it is not!

There are laser temperature devices that can prove our point; but why bother?

Just look up their ratings on the NFRC website and compare to the other films!
