I Haven't Been Zapped Yet

So Far - So Good!!
I've been working out here I am just yesterday.



Did you see that article about the Amish Gene and heart Attacks??

This might be the "new" me!

5 Weeks with an ICD Implant and no obvious electrical zapping. Now that's a good thing and I'd guess as time goes on I'll gain more confidence that my little pal won't be a frequent shocking wake-up call zapper.

For G-D sakes how many lessons do I need to smell the roses??


Dick has the same device and he sure seems happy!
