Educate yourself about heart attack warning signs because as they say; the life you save might just be your own!
I have had the unfortunate experience and I can tell you flat out that it really wasn't like the movies where you grab your chest and fall down to the ground.
I thought it was acid indigestion and took two Alka Seltzers.
BIG MISTAKE!
Take it from me a complete dummy who should have been at the ER at least 8 hours earlier than I was...
