Window Film Distribution The Dying Breed?
Did you catch the cover article in Window Film Magazine?
Faithful readers appreciate my great respect for EPD and the Hondroulis Clan. (Jim- Manny)

By the way Troy is starting to look like the illegitimate son! Hmmmmm...
These folks seriously adapted their company to provide the win-win scenario that you seldom find in any business.
Window Film Distribution is frankly unlike any other distribution model. These folks recruit dealers, train the dealers, provide credit and often act like a bank!
They handle returns and warranty issues, hold meetings and act as a buffer between corporate types and the real world.
Unfortunately from this writer's viewpoint EPD has not received the encouragement of their corporate associates during the last several years.
No one saw that coming! Right??
3M is fortunate to have these guys in their fold and had they (the they changes so much who knows who they are these days?) any true understanding of this business they would expand their coverage rather than limiting or subtracting from their geography.
By the way- - How did that Midwest USA Change work out for you'all?? (southern speak!)
DUH!
Too many manufacturer's of window film think they can take the distribution function into their operation. Their rationale is typically based on absorbing the distribution margin.
"Hey. .let's add 25-40% to our top line sales and act like we sold more film!"
I've seen bogus statistical analysis reports that were geared toward supporting that logic, Just another example of "figures lie and liar's figure!"
Manufacturer's need to Manufacture! (Or buy someone else's films and place them horizontally in their boxes!)
Let Distributor's be Distributor's and build and support your channel.
