Window Tinting Reality Is In The Field
The window film "Industry" has a very large umbrella.

The recession has many dealers cutting ties with non responsive suppliers.
The world recession and the influx of global competition combined with declining market pressures never before experienced in window film has created a brand new and perhaps welcome dynamic.
Today it's the dealer that leads the industry rather than the classic model of the past where a handful of manufacturers once set industry direction.

Consumers (large and small) live in this competitive reality where speed and knowledge outweigh inventory managers and outdated selling methods.
Today it's the internet that has leveled the playing field as knowledge and consumer experiences are a click away on GOOGLE!
This evolution will eventually alter the methodology of marketing and distribution by the suppliers. This is the Darwinian struggle of the strongest (fastest) survive.
The Key question to be asked: Who is the customer?
The answer should be their dealer.
Because if it isn't a faster and better customer service focused and equipped manufacturer will take that dealer away from you.
The same question has to be asked of that dealer : Who is your customer?
Is it the Flea Market shopper? The guy who wants the cheapest deal?
Is it a homeowner who wants a long term solution for rising energy bills and the safety of their home from winds and debris of a hurricane?
The dealer defines his target demographics and focuses on their customer or just like the manufacturers dilemma, someone else will service their requirements.

Reality Is Always In The Field!
