Imagine having a leaky roof in Tampa?
Every day a thunderstorm.
No little piddle drops here.
A Deluge.
Noah would be in the back with a saw.
So every time it rained we leaked.
We complained to the property manager.
We threatened.
We charmed them.
We hexed them and they sent roofers.
Nine times they came.
Nine times it rained.
Nine times it leaked.
Buckets- -Niagra Falls.
We got angry. .
Finally on Monday they sent a roofing crew that replaced the old roof with a new one.
Dry as a bone!!
It's just so much fun owning your own business isn't it?
Of course it hasn't rained once since Monday!
