Taking Sides In Window Tinting
We all have preferences.
Some like it hot; others cold.
Some prefer Lobster, others Shrimp. .
But when it comes to window film there are absolutes as well as absolute BS.
Imagine having only one choice to offer every single day?
That's what I did for a living and thank heavens that restriction is no longer the case.
I recall when I was at 3M being asked why a particular film was better than another window film brand's film while all along knowing that it was the exact same film made by that other company.
Now that's when you dance around saying your warranty is coming from a 100 year old company that you've heard about, or imply that you leased out the other companies equipment to make that film using your own ingredients and recipe.
Of course that wasn't remotely true.
It sure as heck sounds plausible.
That's why I get a particular kick when today my 3M competition acts like the film made somewhere else gets better when it's literally thrown in their box.
I gather the cardboard and new core helps improve the film's ego?
That's the joy in representing the best value and best performing window films in the world and for truly knowing and appreciating the difference!
