Property Managers & Retailers Select Window Film USA

2010 is right around the corner and we are ready to launch our Commercial Retail Division.

Why did it take me so long, you might ask?

3M and I went in different directions in 2007 and shortly after leaving we decided to start our own business.  The winning strategy was to only offer film solutions that were across the board superior to 3M

This is still true for the residential markets here in Tampa, Orlando AND NOW EVERYWHERE.

The winning combination is VISTA, Huper Optik and LLumar

Later we expanded and broadened our portfolio with Geoshield, Sunscape Select and Solar Gard Armorcoat and SunTek

But now our markets have evolved and we see opportunity right in front of our eyes and easily within reach. .

Commercial Installations:

We have done our share without really trying. We stepped into it basically but that's our experience and history and where else can you find so many opportunities?

The commercial markets typically demand lower margin window films and the client typically wants a basic solar control film rather than a spectrally selective or dual reflective film.  This makes commercial and retail projects much more competitive plus Facility Managers are well past falling for  3M's 97% IR rejection nonsense or that their film works better at an angle.

Advanced Film and Window Film USA will now attack the Commercial Account Market in the USA.

After all we do represent the industry leading brands and we know how to position these films in 2010.
  • Energy savings as part of a performance contract!
  • Commercial Rebates nationally
  • Choices-Choices-Choices
  • LEEDS
  • Installation capabilities across the USA
  • Motivation. .boys, it's all about motivation!
Project management is the key.

Watch us do this in a different way. .
