Window Film Orlando Home Show Day 2
Day two ended with lots of interested people and aching feet.
I really need to figure out how to make window film sexier!!
It amazes me how many people have never heard of window film for a home. You would think after 60 years of this business the average person would be aware of how these films work?
In the old days the dealers would stand on cinder blocks with security film on it and try to convince passer-bys that this meant something.
I remember there was one cover story for a Fortune Magazine where the 3M CEO Desi Desimone was standing on a sheet of 3M Ultra Film.
Coincidentally there was a photograph of three factory workers sitting on a similar sheet of ultra film.
I joked that Desi took the photo to prove he weighed as much as these same three factory guys.
I tried shopping bags and a hand out that explained how window film worked. .
Perhaps a trained monkey sales rep with cymbals might work to nbring them to the booth?
