Window Film Consulting-2011

You've heard this a 1,000 times:

"Organizations don’t plan to fail, but they do fail to plan"

Are you wondering why your window film sales are flat or down?
Why your customers are seeking other alternatives?
Why you continue to offer cliche' excuses about the horrible "economy" and how this limits your success?

Your strategic plan has huge holes in it, and it's all due to your failure to plan!

Here are 5 easy to implement action items for you to consider:

1. Take an honest assessment of your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. (SWOT)
Has that new distributor sent their helpful guys to tell you that you ought to buy more film from now on?

2. Figure out what your strategic goals really are? Remember you can't be all things to all people. You may already recognize that as you see outside influences pick you apart since you could not grow a particular vertical market!

3. Trust is  a huge aspect of your business model. How is your trust barometer??  If you sent out an anonymous survey to your customers how would they really rate your integrity and ability to keep your promises?

4. What really differentiates you from your competition? Can you demonstrate this superiority, or are you grasping at straws or trading on a distant past memory of success?

5. Are your customers being treated as partners, or do you instead view them as contracted employees who are forced to play along as though they actually believe in your "plan."?

Candidly, the first step and easily the most important one,
is the simple acknowledgment that you have a "problem."

Yes, this post is meant for you!

At the core of your dilemma is your fear that your customers have or will shortly discover what I already know and what you know..
