Seeing Red? National Woman's Wear Red Heart Awareness Day
Today is National Wear Red For Woman's Heart Awareness Day. .
Obviously heart health isn't a male or female related issue.
Women frequently dismiss symptoms as something other than a heart attack because these symptoms don't feel like the classic heart attack indications.
Guys need to get themselves checked as well. As a heart attack survivor I know there are preventative check-ups I might have taken that could have helped to prevent my "really bad" day back in September 2008.
