I arrived at their home right on time. 

I have a thing about being late; probably because my Mother would drum timeliness into our heads when we were little kids.

The 3M guy was supposed to have been there an hour ago and gone by now.  His car was in their driveway. An hour???

I waited a few minutes but rang their door bell right on time. I acted like I hadn't noticed the 3M guys car at all.

I waited patiently for his exit.  I didn’t say a word.

I never asked them what he proposed as a matter of general principle.  It didn't matter.

I measured the glass and “consulted” with my prospect all along with that smile on my face.  Unless this couple were G-d parents to this 3Mguy;  I knew I couldn’t lose.

We install Thursday at 9 AM.
