		<content type="html"><![CDATA[The shading coefficient of ceramic 30 is .43 and does certainly qualify. <br><br>Re-read this from TECO site:<br><ul><li><strong>Window Film:</strong> Applying film to eastern and western exposed 
windows will help reduce solar heat gain and may qualify you to receive $1 per 
square foot, up to $200 if the minimum shading coefficiency is .<b>45 or less</b>. In 
addition, the existing structure must have electric whole-house air 
conditioning. After window film is installed, download, print, complete and 
submit our <a class="pdf" title="Launch an Adobe Acrobat PDF document." href="/data/files/ResWindowFilmForm.pdf">Window Film form</a>, including your 
invoice to receive your incentive. </li></ul><br>]]></content>

		<content type="html"><![CDATA[I have huper optik ceramic 30 on my home.  It doesn't qualify for TECO rebate.  The shading coefficient must, at least, fall between .40-.45 to satisfy TECO.  Ceramic 30 falls at .47.  The lower the number, the better.  Just for those who are interested in the truth.]]></content>

When you are under the ether it can make you believe crazy things...<br /><br />My favorite so far was the illustration referencing the "Ironmen from Florida" (I wonder who that was pointed towards!) and the "Rooster" video. A lot of irony there... When desperation and frustration from a lack of being able to produce accurate and relative facts eludes a window film professional, they then have to turn to anecdotal phrases, questions, or illustrations to keep their head above the water. <br /><br />Your clear presentation of facts separate us from speculative presumptions. Consumers & dealers need more of this valuable information. Nice work!]]></content>
