How It Works:

Standard window films are typically 1 or 2 ml thick. Advanced Film Solutions installs 8 ML and thicker window films that have been designed to hold the glass in place against forced entry, impact and flying debris.

Shatter control window films should be at minimum 8 ML thick.

The adhesive systems are aggressive. The film holds the glass in place making it very difficult for an intruder to enter through the window.

Is it a perfect system?

Given enough time and opportunity a motivated thief can break through the window. Sliders are reinforced with a wet sealant that hold the glass into your frames.

The strategy is to delay and deny entry allowing precious time for your home security system to detect the break-in and alert law enforcement.
