Driving around Tampa and Pasco County it still surprises me that there are so many drivers suffering without window film. 

I counted the mix at several stop lights the last week and my “unofficial estimate” is that 60% of the vehicles have no window tint or factory tint on their cars!

Now we are talking about Tampa Bay, so why would someone want to drive in a fish bowl??

Here are my (again completely unofficial gut feeling top reasons drivers do not get window tinting in Tampa.)
 


1.  Drivers think tinting is illegal?

Response:  The Tint Law is very clear and Florida law allows you to drive with window film as long as they are within the legal limits.

 

2.  People think all tint turns purple, yellows or bubbles.

Response:  We only install window film that is warranted against failure or color change.

3.  Drivers fear that their visibility will be cut, ergo creating a hazardous driving situation particularly at night.
